Nextamalli’s RC models are nixtamal cooking reactors with patented ALITECH technology that offer efficiency and energy savings in the production of high-quality nixtamal and corn tortillas. These reactors are designed for sites with high ceilings, thanks to their concave design and gravity discharge, which allows for a more efficient cooking process. In addition, the ALITECH technology used in Nextamalli’s RC models allows for even cooking of the nixtamal, preserving the nutrients of the corn.
